Inks 10-store franchise agreement
September 19, 2013
Jupiter, FL – Burger & Beer Joint has announced today major plans for national and International expansion. Burger & Beer Joint has recently opened its third store in South Florida (Pembroke Pines) and has signed a 10-store franchise agreement to open stores thoughout Florida and Georgia.
B&B Joint has plans to open 50-stores thru franchised and corporate units over the coming years, says Tony Hannan, B&B Joint Founder and CEO.
What makes B&B Joint far different from the influx of burger concepts on the market is that they offer a gourmet full-service concept in an energetic, fun atmosphere with a full bar including over 75 beers. B&B Joint already has two successful units in South Beach and Mary Brickell Village (Miami).
“The B&B Joint brand is very strong, says Hannan. “The B&B Joint units are averaging almost five times the average unit sales of a typical quick service burger concept.”
B&B Joint emerged onto the South Beach (Miami) scene in 2009 and became an instant hit. In 2010, B&B launched Brickell (Miami) and sales were tremendous as well. “With two solid units with strong revenues, we saw this as the time to grow the brand rapidly,” said Hannan.
Burger and Beer Joint is known for its rock and roll vibe and is a destination favorite to both locals and tourists. Patrons experience B&B’s strong happy hour crowd as well as the late night fun; or just a place to go and enjoy a burger for lunch or dinner in a sports-themed environment.
Customers will get a Prime Certified Angus Beef burger ranging from 8 to 10 ounces. The signature burgers as well as the unique sauces and toppings make B&B Joint a special dining experience.
The highlights on the menu include the ten-pound Mother Burger, the fried twinkie with ice cream, fried zucchini sticks and adult milkshakes.
Investment Groups will be keeping a close eye on Burger & Beer Joint as it hopes to put itself in a league of its own.
